At this stage, it’s all about communication with the car, the car engineering and the car electronics, as well as preparatory actions for implementation and testing. Especially the full knowledge of the technical facts is very important for us.
Therefore we build features that meet the highest standards of security and stability. Technical assistance from professional has been very useful for the development of our car solutions.
Projects in this phase normally take between 3 to 6 months to complete.
During implementation we translate a technical and mechanical understanding of functions and data that were obtained in the analysis phase into smartphone software. Usually Android and iOS functions are getting programmed parallel through our software development team. It happens that the Android development is faster so the iOS version is going to follow shortly building upon the insights that were gathered through the Android solutions.
Projects in this phase normally take between 1 to 3 months to complete.
After the implementation phase we test the smartphone functions internally. We permanently switch between implementation and testing till we can bring the new functions to external beta tester.
Projects in this phase normally take between 4 to 8 weeks to complete.
In this step we are either in beta or optimization phase. It depends on whether we are developing a new feature or are enhancing an existing one. For new features we usually select a group of beta testers during implementation or the internal test. With the help of this useful test results by our customers, we improve the function and make them ready to go. Estimation of this phase’s duration is difficult because beta tests can show unexpected results.

Hereby the function is completed. We leave this information for a couple of weeks on this page until we remove the project. For iOS it takes up to 10 days for Apple to review the new app version. After this review process the app will be available in the AppStore. For Android it takes a couple of hours.
The first step towards parameters has been undertaken. We’ve had success in reading the RPM, coolant, oil and gasoline temperatures of our 164 model. Now it’s time to integrate the other models.
