Thanks for the quick reply! I checked the fuses, and they all seem to be okay. I can't hear any noise at all coming from the seat when I try to activate the massage function. Is it possible it could be a bad connection somewhere?

Thanks for the advice! I took it to a workshop, and you were right – it was a loose connection in the seat. They re-secured the plug, and it's working perfectly now. The whole repair cost me 95€. Appreciate the help!

That's a bit annoying on a car with that feature. Have you checked the fuses? Sometimes a blown fuse can cause electrical gremlins like this. Also, is there any sign of life at all from the seat motor, like a faint hum or click when you try to turn it on?
