I am unsure about the specific code at the moment, but how would I confirm that my 2023 Toyota Allion Hybrid has faulty chip tuning?

Best bet is to take it to a reputable workshop. They can check the ECU for any signs of tampering.

I took your advice and visited a professional. They confirmed the chip tuning was indeed faulty. The repair plus new software cost me 180€. Everything is running smoothly again!

Could be. What fault code did you pull? Any other symptoms?
