Incorrect pairing, eh? Now that you mention it, I have been trying to connect a new phone recently... How did you sort it in the end? Any quick fixes, or is it a garage job?

In my case, the error was indeed logged as an incorrect pairing with the end device. I'm afraid there are no simple fixes. Considering that electronics can be tricky, I'd recommend visiting a workshop. They will likely reset the device list and re-pair your phone.

I took your advice and went to the workshop. They plugged it in, cleared the error, and re-paired my phone. All sorted! Cost me 45€, which isn't too bad. Cheers for the help!

I had a similar issue with my C3. Did the error memory mention anything about incorrect pairing? That's what mine turned out to be. Sometimes these systems get confused, especially if you've connected multiple devices.
