Citroen C3 Air Suspension Problems
Summary of the thread
The 2011 Citroen C3 is experiencing air suspension issues, with the car failing to lift, leaning, and displaying multiple dashboard error messages. The problem may be due to air leaks or a faulty air suspension compressor, as indicated by error memory readings. A similar issue in another vehicle was caused by a corroded connection affecting the power flow to the suspension system. It is suggested to have a professional check the connections, as this could be a simpler and more cost-effective solution than replacing the compressor.

Yes, I've read the error memory. It points towards the air suspension compressor, but I'm trying to avoid replacing it without being absolutely sure. Is there something simpler I'm overlooking? What was the root cause in your case, and did the error messages point you in the right direction?

The errors pointed to the compressor as well, but for me it was a corroded connection in the system leading to the struts. Like a short circuit stopping the power flow to pump up the system, like if someone pinched a hose. Honestly, after that experience, I would take it to a workshop. It cost me 95€ to fix it; they will know better.

Understood; thank you for the advice. I will get the connections checked out by a professional. It is very good to know that I was not completely off track and that I can expect a bill of about 95€. I appreciate you sharing your experience!

Sounds like a headache. I had similar symptoms on my old Volvo, though it wasn't the same air suspension. Vehicle was all over the place, and the error messages were relentless. Do you have Vdash? Have you had someone read out the error memory?
