Crossland X climate control issue
Summary of the thread
The climate control panel in a 2019 Vauxhall Crossland X was not functioning, with errors indicating low heating output and non-operational air conditioning. A defective cable or plug connection was suspected as the cause. After consulting with others who experienced similar issues, it was advised to check the power supply, fuses, relays, and connections. Ultimately, a workshop confirmed the problem was due to a defective cable or plug connection, which was repaired.

Thank you for your reply. Could you please clarify which power supply you are referring to? Is there a specific fuse or relay I should be checking?

Yes, the fuse and the relay for the climate control. But in my case, the problem was with the connector itself. I suggest you check the connections; but honestly, it's probably best to have a workshop take a look. They can diagnose it properly.

Thank you for the advice. I took it to a workshop as you suggested. The cable or plug connection to the climate control panel was indeed defective. The repair cost 95€.

I had similar problems with my Crossland X. No air conditioning, and the heating was weak. Have you checked the power supply to the climate control unit itself? Perhaps it's not getting enough power to function properly.
