Hey, thanks a million for sharing your experience with your Mazda Demio. Sounds precisely like what's happening with my darling Carol! I'm getting the vibe that it's probably the battery just acting up for some reason. Glad to hear your car's been alright since your battery replacement. Just a quick question, do ya remember how much bucks you had to shell out for that battery swap? Also, any other problems pop up with your Mazda since the battery replacement? Any advice or shared wisdom from your ride's journey would be really helpful!
Hey! Absolutely, happy to share more. Now, regarding your question, I've had my Mazda in for the so-called terminal 30 interruption after we had the chat last time. Good news, it was sorted there and then! No worries in that quarter anymore. As for the battery ordeal, it did take a nice chunk from my wallet, I won't lie. Had to cough up about 290 Euro to bid farewell to that persistent "Battery defective/battery discharged" message. But let me tell you, it was worth it! Haven't had the slightest problem with her since. So, buckle up and don't worry too much about it. Investing to get your battery replaced will pay off. It's part and parcel of owning a motor, isn't it? Hope this helps!
Hiya again! Your words are a real comfort! I reckon I'll follow your lead and take Carol to the garage. Sort out the whole 'terminal 30 interruption' confusion, check through the charging system and get the battery swapped if needed. Gotcha about the expense part, 290 Euro is a pretty penny but as you put it, worth peace of mind in the long run. Just gotta part with some dough for the love of our rides, right? I'll keep you posted on how it goes and once again, cheers for all the advice, truly appreciate it!
Hey! I totally get your situation. I had something similar happen to me with my 2014 Mazda Demio. Started off with my ride throwing a couple of unusual errors and the lights failing on me. The battery just didn’t have the same kick when starting the engine. I was curious and confused at first, but then I figured it out - turned out to be the battery, just as you suspected with yours. Had to get it swapped for a fresh one. And you know what? It wasn't as bad as it sounded, just a typical case of battery death. My ride sprung back to life and hasn't given me grief since. Look, from my experience I'd say just get it down to your local garage and ask 'em to check over the battery and the entire charging system. They'd be able to tell if it's just the battery, or there might be another underlying issue. Hoping this helps, and good luck with your Mazda Carol!
