Thank you for your reply. I haven't checked the antenna booster yet. Where is it located, and is a signal amplifier a possible solution to enhance the signal?

I never located the antenna booster itself, but my local workshop confirmed the antenna was faulty. Given the error messages and inoperative audio, it's likely the same for you. A new antenna should sort it.

Much appreciated. I took it to the workshop. The antenna was indeed defective, and the repair cost 255€. Replacing it resolved the issue.

I had similar radio issues with my Ford Explorer. Have you checked the antenna booster? A weak FM signal could also be the culprit. Is the signal strength consistently poor, or does it fluctuate?
