Figo audio system failure

Hi, I have a 2015 Ford Figo with a gasoline engine. The audio system has stopped working completely. There's no sound, and the display is blank. I've checked the fuses, and they seem fine. Also, I scanned for errors, and there's a stored error related to the audio system. Any ideas?

Sounds like the head unit might be the culprit. Have you noticed any flickering or static noise before it died completely?

No flickering or static, it just went silent. Could it be faulty wiring somewhere?

Could be wiring, but it’s more likely a defective display, given the symptoms. The error code pretty much confirms it. Best bet is to have a workshop check it.
