Juke Transmission Emergency Mode

I'm tearing my hair out. My 2022 Nissan Juke hybrid is throwing a fit. Got about 153000 km on it. The transmission indicator light and check engine light are both on, and the automatic transmission is stuck in emergency mode. It's shifting like a bag of hammers – slipping, shifting uncleanly, and making some awful grinding noises when it does manage to change gears. I scanned it, and it's throwing a radiator oil pressure defective code. I've checked the obvious stuff, like coolant levels, but I suspect it's a bad connection somewhere, maybe a cable or plug. Anyone else seen anything like this? Is it the beginning of the end for my beloved Juke?
