Good shout on the leak detection. I’ll definitely give it a good once-over, but where exactly should I be looking? Any specific areas on the radiator or oil cooler that are more prone to leaking? And when you had your issue, did it throw any similar codes or put the transmission into emergency mode? Trying to gauge if we're dealing with the same gremlins here.

Yeah, mine threw a hissy fit and went into limp mode. As for leak spots, check the seams where the radiator core meets the end tanks, and definitely inspect the connections to the oil cooler – those are usually the weakest points. Honestly, with the grinding noises and the emergency mode, it sounds like you're past the point of a quick fix. I'd bite the bullet and get it to a workshop.

Appreciate the advice! You were spot-on. Took it to my usual guys, and they found a dodgy plug connection on the radiator oil pressure sensor. 95€ later (for the broken cable) and it's purring like a kitten again. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction!
