Kadjar Washer Fluid Warning Light

Hi, I have a 2016 Renault Kadjar, diesel engine, with 184825 km. The washer fluid low warning light is on, there's an error stored, and the windshield washer system isn't working. I checked and topped up the fluid, but the warning light is still on. Could it be the washer motor?

Hello! I had a similar issue with my Renault Kadjar. Has the light gone off since you topped up the fluid? If not, it might be a faulty sensor. I'd advise you to check the fuse for the washer pump as well. But from experience, it could be a more serious electrical problem.

Thanks for the quick reply! The light is still on even after topping up. Where is the fuse located? Is it easy to check, or should I get someone to have a look?

On my Kadjar, the fuse box is located in the engine compartment. While it's not difficult to check, proceed with caution, or visit a workshop. It might be a damaged wire. I went to the workshop, and they said the same thing. Fortunately, it only cost 25€.

Appreciate the advice. Sounds like a trip to the workshop is in order. Will report back once it's sorted.
