Lexus NX Audio Failure
Summary of the thread
A 2023 Lexus NX hybrid experienced a complete audio system failure, with no sound and an error stored in the memory. The issue is likely related to a defective display, as suggested by a similar case where the display was identified as the problem. The recommended solution is to have a professional diagnosis and potentially replace the display, as faulty wiring is unlikely given the presence of an error code.

No crackle, just silence. What did you do to fix it?

Turns out it was the display itself. Defective, apparently. Cost me about 725€ to get it sorted at the workshop. I'd suggest getting a professional diagnosis. It's probably not faulty wiring, given the error code.

Thanks. I'll get it booked in. Dealer said it was the display and quoted almost the same price. I'll get it sorted!

I had a similar problem with my NX, though mine's not a hybrid. Same symptoms – audio dead, error code. Have you noticed any speaker crackle before it went completely silent? It could be a sign of a bigger problem.
