I appreciate the insight! I went to a workshop, as you suggested. Turns out, the belt tensioner was indeed the culprit and needed replacing. It cost me 455€, but at least it's sorted. Thanks again for the help!

Interesting issue! I had similar belt squeal problems with my old Volvo V70. Though it's not electric, maybe there is some carryover in the belt drive design. Is the tensioner pulley looking shaky, or perhaps the idler pulley? How's the timing belt looking?
