Mercedes Citan Defrost Issue Low Heat

If air circulation is weak, shouldn't the blower motor sound like it's struggling? Is air distribution really the problem, or is the air not getting heated?

By 'checked' I mean more than just looking at settings. My issue had similar symptoms, but it was a faulty sensor in the climate control system.
