Mokka Power Window Failure
Summary of the thread
A 2015 Vauxhall Mokka experienced a complete failure of the power windows, with an error message stored. The initial suspicion was a faulty power window switch. After consulting with others who had similar issues, it was suggested that the problem could also be the window motor. Ultimately, a workshop diagnosed and confirmed the issue as a faulty power window switch, which was then repaired.

Thanks for the quick reply. I didn't notice any weird sounds or anything before they stopped. Can you tell me more about what happened with yours, and what might have caused it?

Right, mine was doing the same - no noises or anything, just dead. Turned out to be the window motor. Honestly, it's probably best to get it checked out by a workshop, save you messing about and potentially making it worse. They can hook it up to diagnostics and properly pinpoint the problem. But yeah, sounds very much like the regulator motor to me.

Thanks for the advice. I took it to a workshop, and you were right, it was the power window switch. Cost about 200€ to fix, which I thought was reasonable. Thanks again for the help.

Hey, I had something similar on my Mokka. All of a sudden, the windows just wouldn't budge. Did you hear any weird noises before it packed in, like clicking from inside the door, or feel any grinding when you last used them?
