Mokka Power Window Failure

Hi, I've got a 2015 Vauxhall Mokka diesel. The power windows have stopped working completely, and there's an error message stored. I'm thinking it might be the power window switch. Anyone else had this?

Hey, I had something similar on my Mokka. All of a sudden, the windows just wouldn't budge. Did you hear any weird noises before it packed in, like clicking from inside the door, or feel any grinding when you last used them?

Right, mine was doing the same - no noises or anything, just dead. Turned out to be the window motor. Honestly, it's probably best to get it checked out by a workshop, save you messing about and potentially making it worse. They can hook it up to diagnostics and properly pinpoint the problem. But yeah, sounds very much like the regulator motor to me.
