Move brake pedal feedback
Summary of the thread
A 2016 Chevrolet Move with 122,691 km is experiencing strange brake pedal feedback. The initial suspicion is that undervoltage might be causing the issue. After checking brake fluid and rotors, the problem is confirmed to be an undervoltage issue affecting the ABS, which was resolved at a repair shop.

Brake fluid is okay, and I haven't spotted any rotor damage yet. Could the brake shoes be the problem?

While brake shoes can definitely cause issues, the undervoltage you mentioned is interesting. In my case, it turned out to be a faulty sensor messing with the braking system's electronics. It's tough to diagnose without proper tools. Disc brakes are also important, maybe check them. Considering the symptoms and potential electrical gremlin, is a trip to a workshop a good idea?

Thanks for the advice. Ended up taking it to a shop, and indeed it was an undervoltage issue affecting the ABS. Repair cost me 240€.

Strange brake pedal feedback is never fun. I had a similar issue with my old Opel Corsa, though the symptoms were slightly different. Did you check the brake fluid level or inspect the brake rotors for any visible damage? Are metal brakes installed?
