Peugeot 3008 immobilizer fault

Hi, I have a 2019 Peugeot 3008 hybrid with 141062 km. I'm experiencing an immobilizer fault. The engine doesn't start, or starts briefly and then stops. Error memory shows an immobilizer error. Suspect key programming. Has anyone else experienced this?

I had a similar problem with my 3008. Is it happening with both keys? What exactly does the error say?

Yes, it's happening with both keys. I don't have the exact error code at hand right now, but it's definitely related to the immobilizer and key authentication. Any thoughts?

Sounds like exactly what I had. In my case, the key programming was somehow corrupted. A workshop visit to reprogram the keys sorted it out. Cost me 45€.
