Thanks for your input! I haven't tried fuel additives yet. Could deposits really cause such significant knocking and power loss? Is there a simple way to verify that?

Well, deposits in the combustion chamber can definitely mess with the combustion process, leading to knocking and reduced power. Without proper equipment, it's tough to verify yourself. Might be time to visit a workshop.

You were right. I took it to the workshop, and they confirmed it was heavy deposits in the combustion chamber. They cleaned it all out, and it's running smoothly now. Total repair cost was 425€ Thanks for pointing me in the right direction!

Hey! That doesn't sound good. Could be pre-ignition due to deposits in the combustion chamber. Have you tried any fuel additives or engine tuning methods to clean out the system?
