S10 massage seat failure

I've got a 2020 Chevrolet S10 diesel with about 58000 km on it. The massage function in the driver's seat suddenly stopped working. The switch does nothing, and I get an error code when I scan the system. I suspect it's a bad connection somewhere, maybe a faulty cable or plug. Anyone else run into this?

Hey, I had a similar problem with my S10's massage seat. Was the error happening intermittently, or did it just quit altogether?

It quit altogether. Worked fine one day, then nothing the next. Did yours do the same? Was it actually a bad connection, or something else?

Yep, sounds exactly like what happened to mine. Turned out to be a faulty connection in the seat. I would suggest taking it to a workshop, because the car upholstery needs to be opened to get to it.

Thanks for the confirmation! I'll take it to the shop. They quoted me around 95€, so hopefully, that will solve it.
