Saxo Transport Mode Issue

I'm having a weird issue with my 2000 Citroen Saxo electric. It's showing 'transport mode active' on the dash. It has 62199 km on the clock. I'm also getting a general electrical malfunction warning and the navigation system isn't working. I've checked the key fob battery, but no luck. Any ideas?
