Cool beans! I never really considered the issue could be stemming from an incorrectly bled brake system. I'm not a car genius like you, but I'll definitely look into it and maybe bring it to a reliable workshop. As for the mileage, my Arkana traveled only 16395 km so far, last serviced just recently. Let's see if this nugget will change the game. Again, many thanks for your advice!
Hey again,! You're too kind to call me a car genius! Anyhoo, glad you found my previous advice helpful. Your Arkana still has pretty low mileage, plus if it was serviced recently, I'd potentially rule out some common wear-and-tear issues. I'm getting more convinced it points towards a brake bleeding issue. Of course, there could also be some minor fault with your ABS sensor – it can end up collecting debris or get damaged, causing intermittent ABS warning. But don't go worrying your head off just yet! I’d recommend finding a good mechanic who knows their stuff when it comes to Renault hybrids. Worst case scenario, it’s a more complex brake system problem that will require a good engineer's look. Don’t procrastinate, you don’t want to let a brake system problem linger. Safety first! Keep us in the loop, yeah?
Haha, I thought so! A low mileage car having some heavy-duty issues did seem strange. You've thrown quite a new light on what could be going on with my Arkana. After your reassurance, I've already started looking for a well-reviewed mechanic around my area who specializes in Renault hybrids. I'll be taking "Safety first" to heart, no worries. I'll keep you all updated on how things go. Fingers crossed, and thanks again for your timely advice! Cheers!
Hey there. Funnily enough, I had a similar issue in my 2020 Renault Captur. Quite a similar model to your Arkana, just a couple of years older. Now, I'd class myself as having some experience when it comes to vehicle maintenance, but this issue had me stumped for a good while. Ended up taking my whip to a trusted local workshop. Turned out the problem was with the brake system being incorrectly bled. Once the guys there sorted that out, it ran as smooth as butter ever since. The damage was around 90 euro, which didn't burn a hole in my wallet, thankfully. Might I suggest you check your vehicle's brake system as well? And, could you possibly share some additional info about your car, like its mileage and maintenance history? It could help in providing a more detailed response for your case. Hope this helps you!
