Skoda Kamiq Diesel Engine Stalling Issue
Summary of the thread
A 2019 Skoda Kamiq with a diesel engine experienced stalling at idle, reduced engine power, and an illuminated check engine light. The issue was suspected to be a defective fuel regulator, especially after a recent fuel filter change. After considering advice to check the fuel system, the problem was confirmed to be the fuel pressure regulator, which was replaced, resolving the issue.

Fuel pump relay? I didn't. Where is that located and how can I check it?

Yeah, the relay. But if it's stalling and losing power, it's more likely the fuel regulator itself or something with the fuel rail pressure. I'd get the fuel pressure checked professionally at a workshop if I were you.

It was the fuel pressure regulator. The error showed up after I changed the fuel filter. I replaced it myself for 45€, and it runs fine now. Thanks for the advice.

I had something similar with my Octavia. Rough idle and loss of power. Check engine light was on too. Could be the fuel system. Did you check the fuel pump relay?
