Skoda Scala Climate Control Problem

I'm having a mare with the climate control in my 2020 Skoda Scala (gasoline engine). The air con isn't cooling, and the rear passengers are roasting! Plugged it into a code reader and it's throwing up an error about the rear ventilation flap. Anyone else had this? The error memory says it's likely a defective cable or plug, but where do I even start looking? It is impacting the whole car HVAC and air circulation!

I had a similar problem with my Scala. The climate control was acting up, and the air conditioning wasn't cooling properly. Have you checked the basic things like fuses?

Fuses are all good. Where exactly was the connection issue on your car? Was it easy to spot, or did you need someone with proper system diagnostics?

Mine also had a stored error. I couldn't find the fault myself. I just took it to a workshop, they checked the connections and found a loose plug. Might be the easiest option for you too.

Took it to the shop as suggested. It was a dodgy connection, just like you said! 95€ later and the rear passengers aren't complaining about sweating anymore. Thanks for the advice!
