Titan Diesel Fuel Filter Heater Issue
Summary of the thread
A 2015 Nissan Titan diesel is experiencing reduced engine power, poor response, uneven idling, and increased fuel consumption. The issue is linked to an error with the fuel filter heater. The likely cause is a faulty connection, such as a damaged or corroded cable or plug. The suggested solution is to inspect and repair the connection, which was confirmed and resolved by a workshop.

Thanks! I'll check the connections. Could you be more specific about where to look? I'm not very technical.

It's usually best to leave such work to experts. However, based on your findings, I'd still recommend a workshop to inspect the connection. It can potentially save you from consequential damages.

I took my Titan to the shop as advised. They found a defective cable connection to the fuel filter heater. The repair cost 95€.

I had a similar issue with my Nissan Titan. If the error code points to the fuel filter heater, the problem is likely a faulty connection – either the cable or the plug. Check for damage or corrosion. It can starve the engine of fuel intermittently.
