The mechanic at my garage said that it was a communication problem between the different control units. The control units had to be reprogrammed and synchronized. This is certainly a serious problem as it can lead to malfunctions in other components of your car if it is not fixed. Hey, sure, no problem. So fixing the problem with the sporadic faulty communication between the control units wasn't cheap - it cost me €955. But afterwards, my Mercedes was like new again. And as for the Ad-Blue tank you mentioned: I had a problem with that too, but it was fixed after the workshop visit. After that, there were no more strange things. It was quite a scare, but everything is fine now. I hope everything will be fine for you too!
