Yaris Power Windows Not Working After Battery Replacement
Summary of the thread
After replacing the battery in a 2019 Toyota Yaris hybrid, the power windows became unresponsive. The issue was traced to an error related to the window regulator initialization. The suggested solution was to reset the window regulators, which required professional assistance and the use of a diagnostic tool. This resolved the problem, though it incurred a cost.
Did this summary help you solve your problem?

Thanks for the reply. Yes, I checked all the fuses related to the power windows, and they seem to be fine. Is there anything else that could cause this? What did you do to resolve the issue?

I did check them as well, but it did not resolve my issue. In the end, I consulted a professional. A reset of the window regulators was needed; it appears to be a rather sensitive system. I would suggest you do the same.

Thanks. I took it to a workshop, and they had to initialize the window regulators with their diagnostic tool. Cost me 290€, but at least it's fixed now.

I'm sorry to hear that. I had a similar issue with my Opel Astra after the battery was replaced as well. In my case, the window controls ceased to be operational. Did you verify the fuses?
