Problème de protection des piétons sur Renault Talisman

Je possède une Renault Talisman, année modèle 2021, avec un moteur diesel et un kilométrage de 70 000 km. J'ai le problème suivant : la protection piétonne du capot s'est déclenchée. De plus, j'ai une question : pourquoi n'y a-t-il pas l'onglet "Codierung" pour Renault ? Quelqu'un peut-il m'aider sur ces sujets ?
