Audi A6 Diesel: Stopp/Start-system deaktiverer ikke

Jeg eier en 2012 Audi A6 med dieselmotor og 130 000 km på telleren. Jeg opplever tap av motoreffekt og har lagt merke til et problem med start/stopp-systemet. Til tross for at jeg deaktiverer det via Carly-appen, fortsetter start/stopp-funksjonen å virke. Har noen andre opplevd dette problemet, og hvilke løsninger kan være tilgjengelige for å effektivt deaktivere start/stopp-systemet?
