Hey there! By coincidence, I've had a similar issue with my 2021 Kia Sorento. I would describe my level of car knowledge as some experience. I took my car to my local workshop. They ran some diagnostic tests and discovered it was a damaged display. The fix cost me around 725€. However, since our car models differ, results may vary. Can you provide me with more info about your car's condition or any other symptoms? It'll help in giving more precise advice. Hope this helps!

Hey, thanks for getting back! Just to give you some more info, my 2021 Kia Sorento has been through a whopping 195423 KM. Its latest service was around 5 months ago, if that means anything. The navigation system issue cropped up about three weeks ago, and trust me, I've tried almost everything. The screen just won't come up. Apart from this, my ride has been pretty smooth lately. At this point, a damaged display like what your Kia Sorento had seems quite likely. Anyhow, am waiting to hear more suggestions before I decide my next move. Thanks again!

Hey! Your additional information indeed helps. Given the age and mileage of your 2021 Kia Sorento, a screen display issue does seem likely. Considering your car's last service was five months ago, I'd recommend running a diagnostic test in your local workshop. This would undoubtedly confirm if it's a display problem or something more concerning. If It's the same issue as mine, brace yourself for a fix worth around 725€, give or take. Keep in mind, prices may vary based on your locality or any additional repair it might entail. Moving forward, my advice is always to be proactive in such issues. Even minor glitches if left unaddressed, can often become major headaches down the road. Trust your gut and invest in repairs when needed. Happy Driving!

Hey again! Your advice makes sense. I'll definitely schedule a diagnostic test at the local workshop to confirm whether it's a display problem or something else. I'm ready for that estimated 725€ repair cost if need be. Your point about being proactive resonated with me. Keeping on top of these things is definitely better, and I'll bear this in mind for the future. From reading forums to chatting with fellow car fanatics, I sure have learned a lot. Thank you for your insights! Safe journeys!
