Could you give more detail on the failure you had, and do you remember the error code?

I don't remember the code, but the heating element was dead. You can measure it with a multimeter. If it’s that, better go to a workshop for a safe fix.

A technician confirmed it's a defective seat heating mat. The repair, including replacement, is estimated at 390€. Thanks for the help.

I had the same issue with my 206. Check the seat cushion. Seems like a common failure. If it is the mat, you will see it.
