Thanks for the tip. Can you tell me more about how to check the antenna connection and signal amplifier? Any specific tools or steps I should know about?

On the Astra, the amplifier was part of the antenna base and I got to it by removing the interior light. I'm not sure if the 350Z is the same. Honestly, without the right tools, you could mess things up more. I took mine to a shop; they figured it out fast and swapped the amplifier. It was around 250€ with labor.

Thanks, that's good to know. Considering it could get complicated and the cost is similar, I'll probably just take it to a technician to check out the radio issue.

I had a similar problem with my 2014 Opel Astra. The radio reception was terrible, cutting in and out all the time. It turned out to be a faulty signal amplifier in the antenna base. Have you checked the antenna connection and the amplifier itself? It might be worth a look before replacing the whole antenna.
