350Z Power Window Failure

I own a 2008 Nissan 350Z with a gasoline engine. Recently, the power windows can no longer be operated. An error is stored in the error memory. I suspect a defective power window switch. Has anyone encountered this before?

Faulty window regulators aren't uncommon in older cars. Error codes are helpful, but sometimes misleading. Did you check the fuses related to the power windows? Also, have you noticed any other electrical issues, or is it solely the windows?

I have not yet checked the fuses. Where is the fusebox located in the 350Z? Is there a specific fuse number I should be looking for?

The fuse box is usually located either under the dashboard on the driver's side or in the engine compartment. Check your owner's manual for the exact location and fuse diagram. It is highly likely that your power window switch is defective, though. I would recommend taking your car to a workshop.

Thank you for your input. I followed your advice and had the car inspected at a local workshop. The power window switch was indeed defective and was replaced. The repair cost was 200€.
