No, no work has been done recently. So you are saying it is likely a hardware issue with the GPS antenna itself?

Yes, that was the case for me. The antenna itself can degrade over time, or a wire might have come loose. I'd suggest having it checked at a workshop to confirm the defect.

Thank you for your help. The workshop confirmed that the GPS antenna was defective. Repair cost including replacing the antenna was 200€.

I had similar GPS issues with my 370Z. Did this start after you had any work done on the car, particularly around the rear hatch or antenna area? GPS relies on a clear signal from satellites, and any obstruction or damage to the antenna can cause problems.
