370Z Multifunction Steering Wheel Failure

I had a similar issue with my 370Z. Sounds familiar. Was vehicle diagnostics performed? Which control module showed the error?

That was the problem for me. I'd recommend a workshop visit. Likely a defective cable connection in the steering wheel, or maybe a sensor. You shouldn't need a new steering wheel.
