A Klasse hybrid engine mount vibration issue

My 2022 Mercedes A Klasse hybrid is showing some concerning symptoms. The engine seems to be idling roughly, and the error memory is storing a fault. I suspect it might be a defective engine mount. I've read the likely cause could be a faulty cable or plug connection. Has anyone experienced similar engine mount failure or vibration issues? Trying to get ahead of this before the workshop sees it, estimates are around 95€ for the mount.

In my case, one of the connectors wasn't fully seated. It looked alright at first glance but wiggling it revealed it was loose. Definitely check for any corrosion on the pins too. The cost of a new engine mount is not bank breaking but you don't want to introduce new problems.
