A Klasse rough engine running issue

Sounds familiar. I had similar symptoms on my A Klasse. Check manifold pressure readings and for leaks in the air intake system. A faulty manifold sensor can also cause these issues. The car manifold is likely the culprit if you're getting those specific errors.

Where exactly did you find the leak, and did replacing the manifold sensor fix it, or was the car manifold itself cracked?

Replacing just the sensor didn't solve it for me. The leak was due to a crack in the manifold, likely from heat stress. I'd advise getting it checked at a workshop. Scorching can definitely weaken the material. They can confirm the source of the leak and if the manifold pressure is off.
