A Klasse Washer Fluid Warning and Wiper System Issue
Summary of the thread
A 2011 Mercedes A Klasse owner experienced a washer fluid low warning and a non-functional windshield wiper system, despite the washer fluid level being adequate. The issue was suspected to be related to clogged spray jets, a faulty pump, or a wiring problem. After cleaning the spray jets with a needle, the warning light disappeared, and the wiper system functioned correctly again, resolving the issue.

Good call on the spray jets I'll check them out Regarding the pump, where is it located, and is there an easy way to test if it's getting power

Honestly, I'm not sure where the pump is on your specific model, but it's usually near the washer fluid reservoir Testing for power might be tricky without the right tools If cleaning the spray jets doesn't fix it, I'd suggest taking it to a workshop Could be a faulty pump or even a wiring issue Better safe than sorry

You were spot on Turns out the spray jets were indeed clogged Cleaned them out with a needle, and now everything's working perfectly again The warning light is gone, and the windshield cleaning is back in action Cost me 25€ for a cleaning kit, worth it Thanks a bunch for the help

I had a similar issue with my A Klasse The warning light drove me nuts Have you checked the spray jets themselves Sometimes they get clogged with debris, and that can mess with the whole wiper system Also, is the pump making any noise when you try to activate the windshield cleaning If not, it could be the pump itself
