Thanks for the reply. Do you know the specific location of the fuse? I couldn't find it in the manual. I am using winter fluid rated to -20°C. The error message points to a heating element circuit malfunction.

About the fuse location, I don't recall exactly which one it was. I found it using a fuse tester. Since you're getting an error about the heating element and are using the correct fluid, it's likely the heater or wiring. Given the error, a workshop visit might be best. The 95€ estimate sounds reasonable for the repair.

Thank you for sharing your experience. I'll take it to a workshop for diagnosis and repair. The 95€ estimate matches my expectations, so hopefully, that will fix it. Thanks again for the help.

I had a similar problem with my A Klasse last winter, where the washer fluid wouldn't spray when it was freezing. I didn't get an error message, though. Have you checked the fuse for the washer heater? Also, are you using winter washer fluid?
