AC Compressor Undervoltage

Peugeot 2008 (electric) - A/C woes. My compressor shut off at 158095 km. The A/C doesn't switch on, there's no cooling, and an error code is stored. I suspect undervoltage. Has anyone else experienced this with their 2023 model?

I had a similar issue with my 2008. Same symptoms. Did you check the AC relay? Also, has any recent work been done on the car?

Yeah, I initially thought it was a refrigerant leak too, but it turned out to be a faulty A/C compressor due to undervoltage. Just a heads up – it might be worth getting it checked at a workshop. It saved me a lot of guessing!

Took it to the shop. You were right – undervoltage fried the A/C compressor. The repair cost me 240€. Thanks for the tip!
