Accord Seat Massage Not Working
Summary of the thread
The massage function in the driver's seat of a 2008 Honda Accord diesel was not working, and a diagnostic scan indicated an error. The initial suspicion was a bad cable or plug. After checking the fuses and confirming they were fine, the issue was identified as a bad cable connection, which was subsequently fixed at a repair shop.

Thanks. I checked the fuses, and they're fine. The seat heating works. What error code were you thinking of? I didn't write it down, but I can scan it again.

Oh, I don't have the error code! I just meant that looking at the error code might help you figure out what's going on. Since the fuses are okay and the heater works, it's probably the switch or some wiring. That gets into tricky electrical stuff, so I'd probably take it to a shop.

Thanks for the help. I took it to a shop, and it was a bad cable connection, like I thought. They fixed it. Cost 95€.

I think I remember someone mentioning something similar, but on a different model. If the scan gave you an error code, that would help a lot. Did you check the fuses for the seat and massage? Sounds simple, but it's been the problem for me a few times with all the electronics in these cars. Does the seat heater work? Sometimes they're on the same circuit.
