No impacts that would trigger the collision detection. Can you give me more details about your experience? Did the system deploy the active hood, and were there any diagnostic trouble codes?

The hood didn't deploy, but I got the warning and airbag light. The shop said it was a faulty impact sensor. They replaced it, and it was fixed. Sounds similar. I'd recommend a shop visit.

Thanks for confirming. Given the similar symptoms, I'll schedule a diagnostic at a Ford service center. The estimated repair cost is 315€.

I have a Mustang Mach-E and saw something similar. It was related to the pedestrian safety system, I think. Did anything happen that might have triggered the crash detection system? Maybe a hard bump?
