Adam Central Locking Failure

Central locking on my 2017 Vauxhall Adam (gasoline engine) has stopped working. Neither the fob nor the internal switch operates the door locks. An error is stored in the error memory when scanned. Anyone else had this?

I had a similar issue with my Adam. Start by checking all the cable and plug connections associated with the central locking module. A defective connection is a common cause. Did the car alarm also stop working?

Thanks. The alarm seems to be working, but I didn't test it directly after the central locking failed. Could a faulty connection really disable all locking functions, even with the key?
