Adam emergency call system malfunction

I've got a 2019 Vauxhall Adam with a gasoline engine, and I'm running into an odd problem with the emergency call system. I'm getting an error stored, a message on the speedometer, and a warning light. From what I've read, it's likely a defective cable or plug connection. Anyone else experienced this?

Okay, so yes, it was definitely the SOS malfunction. Eventually, I just bit the bullet and took it to a workshop. They confirmed the defective cable and sorted it out. Honestly, it was the best thing to do for peace of mind.
