Adam Fuel Pump Connection Issue

Good point about the relay, thanks! I'll check that out. When you say check the wiring, is there a particular way I should test it? Like, should I be looking for a specific voltage at the connector, or just visually inspecting it for corrosion or damage?

Visually inspect the connector first for any obvious corrosion or damage. If it looks okay, then yeah, you'll want to check the voltage at the connector with a multimeter when the ignition is on. You should see battery voltage there. If not, then you know you've got a wiring issue somewhere upstream. Honestly, though, with those symptoms and the error code, a trip to a workshop might save you some hassle.

Thanks for the advice! I checked the relay and wiring, and everything seemed okay, so I took it to the shop as you suggested. Turns out it was indeed a dodgy connection to the fuel pump, as suspected. They cleaned everything up and the total bill came to 95€. Runs like a dream now. Cheers!

Sounds rough! Fuel pump issues are a pain. Did you check the relay for the fuel pump as well? Sometimes a bad relay can cause intermittent problems like you're describing. And yeah, definitely check all the wiring and connectors leading to the pump. A loose or corroded connection could definitely cause those symptoms.
