Adam multifunction steering wheel issue

That's a pickle! I have an Adam as well, and while I haven’t had the exact same issue, I did have some strange behavior with the steering controls a while back. Does the malfunction indicator light illuminate at all? Does it come and go?

The malfunction indicator doesn't light up, the steering controls are simply dead. Is that similar to your experience?

Aha! It's becoming clearer. My indicator was indeed blinking rather furiously! So, perhaps not the same gremlin exactly. Although, given the 'dead' steering controls, I suspect a faulty cable connection within the steering wheel itself, like in the steering column. Given that there's an error code stored, I'd advise getting it checked by a workshop to be on the safe side.
