Adam Rear Ventilation Flap Fault

I'm having trouble with the rear ventilation flap on my 2013 Vauxhall Adam (gasoline engine). Error's stored, climate control's acting up, and the AC isn't cooling. Anyone seen this before?

Sounds like the rear HVAC flap motor. Have you checked the wiring and plug connection to the motor?

Thanks! I haven't checked the wiring yet. Where exactly are those located, and how should I test them?

It's behind the center console. Check for corrosion or damage. If it's all good, could be the motor itself. Workshop diagnostics might be best.

Thanks, I appreciate the advice. Took it to a workshop, and they confirmed it was a defective cable/plug connection. Repair cost 95€. AC's working again now.
