Thanks for the tip! I can't hear any motor sound when I try to use the washers. Where exactly is the washer motor located? Is it something I can easily check myself, or would it be better to take it to a workshop?

On my Peugeot, the washer motor was attached to the washer fluid reservoir. I would recommend checking the connector to the motor. If that looks ok, you probably need to replace the motor. But, given that there is an error stored in the error memory, I would recommend going to the workshop to be 100% sure. It could save you some time and money in the long run.

Thanks so much for the advice! I took it to a local garage, and you were spot on – it was the washer motor. They replaced it for 25€. All sorted now!

I had a similar issue with my Peugeot 208. The dashboard light was on, the fluid reservoir was full, but the windshield washer wasn't working. It turned out to be a problem with the washer motor. Have you checked if you can hear the motor when you try to use the washers?
