Summary of the thread
A 2019 Vauxhall Adam owner is experiencing issues with the windshield washer heater, leading to frozen spray nozzles and an error message. Thanks! I didn't think about the fusebox, I'll check. Where exactly is the fuse for the windshield washer heater located? And if it's not the fuse, is it worth trying to clean up the connection myself or should I just take it to a workshop?

Honestly, I fiddled with mine for ages, and it turned out to be a pain to get to the connection. I ended up just taking it to a workshop. They confirmed it was the connection and sorted it out quickly. Probably worth saving yourself the headache and letting them deal with it.

Cheers for the advice! Ended up taking it to the shop like you suggested. Defective cable/plug connection as suspected. Cost me 95€ to get it sorted. Thanks again for the help!

I had something similar with my Adam. Frozen nozzles are no fun in winter driving! Have you checked the fuse box? It might be something simple like a blown fuse for the heating element. If not, it is likely the connection, or the heater itself.
