Hi, I'm not an expert but I do have some car experience. I had a similar problem with my 2017 Audi Q3. Based on your description, it sounds like the refrigerant in your air conditioning system might be empty. This was also the case for me and the air conditioning only worked lukewarm. At my authorized workshop, the nice people simply refilled the refrigerant, which surprisingly only cost me €50. It doesn't always have to be a major fault. lg
