Air Conditioning Problems and IHKA Errors in BMW 3 Series

Hi, I have a BMW 3 Series and I am experiencing problems with the air conditioning system. On the pilot side, the air comes out hot, but on the co-pilot side, the air comes out cold. I used Carly and I got two error codes: 9C4E-IHKA motor flap temp. varied front and 9C53-IHKA electric supplemental heater. Could it be one of the motors under the glove box? Is it possible to run a test with Carly to verify if these motors are working properly? Also, if I change the motors, do I need to reprogram them? I would appreciate any help or suggestions. Thank you.

Carly doesn't do diagnostics to see if these actuators work?

I apologize for the confusion earlier. Unfortunately, Carly does not currently support the functionality to test actuators. However, you can still use Carly to read and clear fault codes. If you suspect a problem with the actuators, it would be best to have a professional mechanic inspect them. This is a safety-relevant issue, so it's important to have it checked out. Please let us know if you have any other questions.
